CANCELLATION POLICY
JUNGLE BUGGY TOUR PLAYA DEL CARMEN

• Cancellations/modifications to your adventure 48 hours prior to departure date : refund 100%.

• Cancellations/modifications to your adventure under 48 hours prior to departure date : no refund.

  • Jungle Buggy Tour reserves the right to cancel tours, vary itineraries, and days of operation.

  • If WE cancel any trip due to poor weather, mechanical failure, or unsafe conditions, we will reschedule your tour for another time at no additional cost. If this is not an option that works for you, we will refund you.

  • If the number of tour spots you require changes since the time of booking, please call or email to confirm the number of tour spots you require 48 hours prior to departure date or you will be charge the total amount for your booking regardless of how many participants arrive.

  • This tour requires a minimum of 2 buggies to operate. If the minimum of vehicles not met, you may be contacted 24 hours before your tour to re-schedule your tour.

  • Please be on time for your pick up, 10 min after pick up time will be considered as a NO SHOW (no refund)

  REFUND PROCEDURES

  There are no refunds for tours cancelled due to misrepresentation of physical abilities and/or failure to disclose existing health conditions which prove to impact your ability to complete the tour. If any client fails or refuses to answer specific questions put forward in Jungle Buggy Tour waiver, JBT maintains the right to refuse service without refund. Among questions that must be answered accurately are those referring to participant weight & age.

  FARES AND PRICES

  All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued.

  AVAILABILITY

  The experiences sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice.
